Audio Podcasts
I’ve been involved in podcasting since 2005 with my friend Lynn Parsons. Together we devised The Chalet Show and The Red Light Zone which ran for many episodes.
Here’s a list of audio podcasts I listen to on a regular basis:
The Atheist Experience
Weekly audio podcast of their live TV show that is always interesting and challenging.
Clever Little Pod
Have been listening to this from the start, written and performed by Gary Dring, what can I say about this show except it just makes me laugh. In fact I have to be careful about listening to this on the iPod in public for fear of looking like a complete chuckling idiot. Lynn and I met Gary in 2005 at a podcasting conference and in 2007 we collaborated to produce a spoof Marks and Spencer ad that still makes me laugh even now.
MusicalTalk
Only one year and eight months of catching up to do… got bored and the show is a bit up it’s own arse!
The Rissington Podcast
Total silliness from Jon Oxton and Jon Hicks. It’s billed as “Gardener’s Question Time for the web” and I just love this. It’s alledgedly about web design but…not really, which makes for a very entertaining listen.
* however they haven’t done a show since Feb 2009 so that might be the end of it.
